Following your consultation, you will receive your personalised prescription and guidance on how to order your remedies. New Zealand clients can choose to have remedies prepared through Oak & Alchemy, while clients outside New Zealand may prefer to use a local supplier to avoid higher international postage costs.

Support during the fourth trimester and beyond for mother and baby. Sessions can focus on your recovery, your baby’s wellbeing, or both together depending on your needs. Suitable for postpartum healing, feeding support, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and adjusting to parenthood.

Short-term support for recent or sudden health concerns, including colds, flu, infections, digestive upsets and injuries. If you're new to Oak & Alchemy, please book a General Health & Wellbeing Consultation first so I can gain a comprehensive understanding of your health before providing acute support.
